The problem: Heating is expensive, polluting, and inefficient.
Every winter, farms, construction sites, and events burn thousands of litres of diesel to heat fresh air. Diesel is expensive, noisy, and dirty. Meanwhile, the sun delivers free heat every day. We just weren't capturing it.

The solution: A 40ft container with an unglazed heating wall.
We attach a high-efficiency perforated solar absorber to a 40ft shipping container. A thermal gravel battery inside the container stores heat for nighttime — delivering 24/7 free heat. No diesel. No gas. No noise.

How It Works

Daytime: Capturing free heat
The sun heats the black perforated aluminium wall to 60–80°C (140–176°F). A fan pulls outside air through tiny 1.6 mm holes. The hot air flows into your building. At the same time, excess heat is stored in the gravel battery inside the container.

Nighttime / Cloudy: Using stored heat
Cool air from your building passes through the hot gravel battery. The air warms up and returns to your building — free heat, 24 hours a day. The gravel battery stores 100+ kWh of heat, enough for 10–20 hours of continuous heating.

The Intelligent Bypass
You can choose to send 50% of the hot air directly into the building and 50% into the gravel battery. This lets you heat your space AND charge the battery for the night simultaneously.

Insulated ducting — Connects to your building in minutes.
